Countywide Oversight Board of the Former Redevelopment Agencies
The Countywide Oversight Board was established effective July 1, 2018, in accordance with Health and Safety Code § 34179(j). The board is responsible for providing direction and oversight to the Successor Agencies as they wind-down the affairs of their former redevelopment agencies. There are thirteen (13) Successor Agencies in San Mateo County:

- Menlo Park
- Millbrae
- Pacifica
- Redwood City
- San Bruno
- San Carlos
- San Mateo
- South San Francisco
